Even More Jillicious: Jillicious Foods & Events Launches New Website

In celebration of our continued success, as well as our expansion to gourmet food delivery, Jillicious Foods & Events has launched a complete website redesign that better showcases how we tell your story with food.

Headquartered in New York City, we’re the same all-in-one catering and event company dedicated to creating inspired, authentic wedding, social and corporate experiences — and, now, our brand matches our Jillicious approach.

A graduate of New York Restaurant School, pioneer in the local food movement, and longtime chef who’s worked with notable names in NYC catering like Abigail Kirsch and Glorious Foods, I established Jillicious Foods & Events in 2016 to bring my unique style and passion for local, seasonal and sustainable ingredients to events across the New York metropolitan area. My mission was — and is — to offer a level of personalized service not offered anywhere else, by learning everything there is to know about the foods you love and then custom-crafting a menu and event that truly tell your story.

For our rebrand, we engaged New York-based digital marketing agency Mandelbaum Marketing with a deliberate approach: to focus on what makes Jillicious special, and that’s how we make every host and every guest of every event we cater feel personally cared for and satiated.

Whether you’re getting married, hosting a social event or need a caterer for your corporate lunches or holiday party, we use only the finest, freshest, locally sourced and sustainable ingredients to create a one-of-a-kind menu that accommodates everyone at your event — no matter their food preferences or dietary restrictions. Only now, with our new website, we’re better equipped to get the word out, so we can satisfy more clients than we ever have before.

“For us it was a no-brainer to engage with Jillicious Foods,” says Mandelbaum Marketing director Phil Mandelbaum.

“I’ve known about Chef Jill for years, well before I moved my business from New York City to the Hudson Valley full time. Jill is a consummate professional, incredible chef, and passionate foodie, and it was a pleasure brainstorming new ways to highlight what really makes her business unique, and special, among its competitors in NYC and beyond. To me, what stood out most was the care Jill puts in to every single event, and the time and effort she invests in really learning all that there is to know about her brides, grooms, and other clients. Can you create a vegan menu? Absolutely. Can you make sure there are no nuts anywhere near our dishes? Of course. Are you protecting your staff and clients during the pandemic? Obviously, and I’m donating 5% of my profits to a local relief kitchen! Honestly, Jillicious Foods is a marketing team’s dream client, and I’m booking her now for my 10-year anniversary party.”

Jillicious Foods works in a variety of cuisines, from New American to Cajun to Southeast Asian; accommodates all diets, including gluten free, vegan, vegetarian and pescatarian; and partners with local farms and purveyors throughout the Hudson Valley and New York City. After years developing my own unique style as chef and caterer in the Hudson Valley, I’m back in New York City where I started, working with the Jillicious Foods team to bring our food passion to all our catering events — from black tie to rustic weddings, and from cocktail parties and wine dinners to casual BBQs. We are guided by a commitment to using only the finest, freshest sustainably grown and raised products available, sourcing locally whenever possible, and following practices that protect our planet. And we never use the same menu twice.
